MISSION

 To promote future growth, for Rugby in the Foothills, by strengthening the long standing youth program; expanding the men’s program into other divisions; as well as growing and promoting a new and successful women’s team.

VISION

 To be THE rugby club of the Foothills area through growth and development of new and existing programs, continuing to attract and develop amazing talent and welcoming wonderful volunteer coaching staff.

GOALS

 To grow the boys and girls U-7 and under, as well as U-11 teams, for ages 4 to 11 by fostering safe rugby practices and comradery

By 2015 our goal is to field a division 2 women’s rugby team to represent the Foothills Rampant Lions in the Calgary Rugby Union.

To grow in talent and opportunity by expanding our men’s program field a first division team over the next five years.
